(Live video from 2009 uplaoded by their vocalist Evan Goodwin) An Eternal Decree was a band from Roanoke, Virginia formed in Early 2008 and Disnded in 2009 after releasing their EP ''For Those Without a Voice'' and several members leaving the band to form the band Dysphagic , said members are Daniel Willingham (Bass), Andrew Willingham (Drums) and Evan Goodwin (Vocals). The only media available from this band is a live video uploaded by their vocalist Evan Goodwin and drummer of Dysphagic after leaving AED, I've tried contacting him commenting on that video above but so far he hasn't responded.
